Refund Policy
1. In case WebPro IT Solutions Service LLC resolves one or more issues, the charges for the Subscription Service will be non-refundable. Notwithstanding, WebPro IT Solutions Service LLC may at its sole discretion and on a case to case basis, agree to a refund of Subscription charges after deducting fees for servicing and/or software installation1. 2. If the customer is not satisfied with the services and WebPro IT Solutions Service LLC has not been able to resolve even 1 issue since the subscription activation day, a full refund will be provided excluding the software installation fee and the registration charges.
3. In an event where the customer wants to end the contract without any specific reason, a minimum of $69 or 50% of the total charged amount (whichever is higher) x number of cases resolved by us will not be refunded. There will then be a refund of the balance amount.
Refund of payment is to the sole discretion of WebPro IT Solutions Service LLC.
Cancellation Policy
WebPro IT Solutions Service LLC will refund 100% of the amount you paid if our technicians fail to resolve the primary issue in your PC within 15 days of the subscription commencement. You need to apply for this refund by writing an e-mail to us at info@WebPro IT Solutionsservice.com stating your name, Customer ID, details of the plan purchased, and the reason for seeking the refund. We will revert to you within 3 to 5 business days with the details of the refund.
You are free to cancel your subscription anytime during the period you’ve opted by writing a mail to us at info@WebPro IT Solutionsservice.com. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail from WebPro IT Solutions Service LLC within 3-5 working days, you can call at our customer care number and apply for cancellation. If our technicians were able to resolve a few or all issues you encountered during the subscription period and yet you are not satisfied with the way the services were delivered, you can cancel the service you’ve availed with WebPro IT Solutions Service LLC. Under such circumstances, the refund amount will be made for the days left till the plan gets expired on pro-rata basis.

We are not affiliated with any other company/brand in any manner. We provide services through our own team of trained, certified and experienced specialists. What Information Do We Collect From Our Customers?
Traffic Data. WebPro IT Solutions uses a number of internal and third-party methods to recognize visitor data like IP addresses and browser settings ( collectively “Visitor Data”). The WebPro IT Solutions internal servers and software automatically recognize Visitor Data. No Personal Identifiable Information is revealed in this process.
